Leslie Green, resides in New York City. On October 24, 2019 Leslie was ordained as a Minister at Upper Room Baptist Church where Bishop William G. Bennett was Pastor and Overseer. For 30+ years Leslie worked as a certified occupational therapist assistant from 1986-2018.
She is also a community activist, who was God inspired in 2015, to create a charitable event called ”Treat Her Like A Lady” Prom Dress Giveaway for high school graduates. In 2017 Leslie received her Chaplaincy license.
Leslie is also an author and in 2008 wrote her 1st children's book called, “Hi Mom, It's Me” and has written (2) more since titled “Thanks for being my Dad” and “I Can Only Be Me”. In June 2018 she released her 4th book, her autobiography named, “Weeding Out the RiffRaff: In Pursuit of My Spiritual Journey."
She is also the founder of Potpourri of Color Performing Arts LLC. and is known for her gift of writing, directing and producing live theatre productions since 2004. To see more go to: POCPAC
